Frequently asked questions

• Where can I shop for manufactured homes in Midland and Odessa?+−

Nationwide Manufactured Homes is at 6714 W Hwy 80 #1 in Midland. Shoppers from Midland, Odessa, and across the Permian Basin can compare current new and used inventory Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

• Does Nationwide sell both new and used mobile homes?+−

Yes. Nationwide carries new manufactured homes from its active builders and a changing selection of used homes from several manufacturers. Check the current inventory and confirm status before making a long drive.

• What is the difference between a singlewide and a doublewide?+−

A singlewide travels in one main section. A doublewide arrives in multiple sections that are joined at the homesite. Space, layout, property access, setup, financing, and total project cost should guide the choice.

• Can I tour homes before choosing one?+−

Yes. Nationwide has homes in Midland that buyers can walk through and compare. Inventory changes, so call ahead if you want to see a specific listing or floorplan.

• Can Nationwide special-order a factory home?+−

Nationwide can discuss factory-order options from New Vision Manufacturing, Legacy Housing, and Franklin Homes. Available plans, finishes, pricing, production timing, delivery, and setup must be confirmed for the particular order.

• Which new-home builders does Nationwide represent?+−

Nationwide's active new-home lineup includes New Vision Manufacturing, Legacy Housing, and Franklin Homes. Current on-lot inventory is not the same for every builder, so compare available homes with factory-order possibilities.

• Does Nationwide currently have Franklin Homes on the lot?+−

Franklin Homes is part of Nationwide's factory-order lineup, but no current staged Franklin listing appears in the published inventory. Ask which Franklin plans can be ordered and what current factory timing and pricing apply.
